Her diverse experience includes nonprofit program management, volunteer coordination, and small business development. As Operations Manager, she develops and implements efficient and effective protocols and systems to support and advance the people, mission and work of Just Housing. Ashley is resourceful, methodical and technologically proficient, but her real superpowers lie in her ability to engage with people, meet them where they are, connect with them, and celebrate individual difference and common purpose all at once.
